Email 12 December 2007:
Hi Jamie and Frodo,
I just want to say thank you for giving us humans who own a fur
friend the chance to cook good wholesome meals without the concern
of what is in it. Not only that but your book is so reasonably
priced. I am so impressed, one question is when will you be bringing
out grrrowlicious hungry dogs part 2 as I know that I myself will
be out there purchasing one and many followers behind me.
Kind regards,
Angela Hansen
Email 07 June 2007:
Dear Jamie & Frodo,
I never liked to give animals can food. I thought to myself “If
I don’t like canned food, I am sure these little creatures
do not either”…
I got a little puppy a few weeks ago. I started cooking for her,
but I didn’t know if I was doing the right thing as people
told me that I was not giving her what she needed.
...and suddenly you both came into my life…
Thank you so much to you and all of those that helped you with
this book. I cannot wait to cooking a storm for Cassie J.
Cheers.

Dear Jamie,
We have loved your book, and are very grateful for the benefits
to our dog’s health.
Are you planning a book for the feline lovelies of the world?
Our cat is feeling very left out. (She would be happy to taste
test for you.)
We will keep a watch out for one in the future.
Regards,
Bec Ley

Hi Jamie & Frodo,
Your book I purchased through Amazon just arrived! I've been
feeding a raw prey based diet to my 2 Boston Terriers for over
a year now. I'm sure they'd like a change every now & then, & I'm
going to give your recipes a go this weekend.
Love the book, it's so well laid out with fantastic pictures!
Thanks for coming up with a brilliant idea for a doggie cookbook!
Anymore to follow?

Jamie,
How wonderful about your book - and I see that according
to the press release it is also going to be published overseas.
Well done.
Maybe you'll become the new Jamie Oliver of the dog world...and you and Frodo
could have a food show on TV.
Anything's possible.

Dear Jamie,
Everyone I have shown the book to, including the manager
of RSPCA in Canberra, has thought it was great, in fact better
food than they make for themselves.

I just wanted to let you know that I read about your company
in Bark magazine and was very interested in your book. As soon
as you can find a publisher, please let me know as I will buy about
ten of them!
Good luck with it.

Whilst sitting in the Drs office (Vet) last night I saw a
wonderful article about you and your dog cookbook. Has your cookbook
been published yet - I would love to purchase one - there were
some recipes in the article that I know my jack russell Oliver
would just devour.

A friend of mine
showed your article in Bark magazine to me the other day
and I just wanted to tell you what a fantastic idea that is.
I have an English Staffordshire Terrier who is extremely fussy
with what she eats and I have struggled to get her to eat anything
and come up with ideas to keep her happy. I tried the few
recipes in the magazine and she absolutely loved them. Now
my challenge is to find more recipes like this as she soon refuses
to eat food that is given to her too often.

Letter 10 January 2006:
I cant access your website as I don't have email, hence the
letter. I loved preparing the recipes in "Bark". I have
a cavalier who is a diva and is notoriously difficult eater. These
recipes have worked wonders. I wish I walked in your park so that
I could get more ideas. Good luck with the publication.
Sincerely,
Gail McManter
